Who I am

As an Athlete

I thrive on adventure, seeing each challenge as an opportunity to learn, grow, and discover something new. From marathons to triathlons and trails, I’ve pushed my limits across endurance sports and found joy in the process, embracing the thrill of every stride, pedal, and stroke.

As a Trainer & Endurance Coach

As a Certified Personal Trainer and USAT Triathlon Coach, my philosophy is to keep training fun, balanced, and inspiring. I design programs that help athletes build strength, prevent injury, and reach their full potential—whether that’s finishing their first race or setting a new personal best.

My goal is simple: to guide athletes and fitness enthusiasts through a journey that motivates them to push limits, achieve their goals, and, most importantly, stay healthy and injury-free along the way.

As a Person

My journey into fitness started in 2019 when I signed up for a half marathon with a friend. At the time, I could barely run 3km without feeling like my lungs were on fire, but crossing that finish line made me feel invincible so I immediately signed up for a marathon, where I quickly learned what it meant to truly “hit the wall”. Those last 10 kilometers were a battle, but finishing taught me the value of endurance and resilience.

From there, I realized I was missing key pieces of the puzzle, how to train smarter, get stronger, and stay healthy. Along the way, I made plenty of mistakes, from Achilles tendinitis to knee pain that sidelined me for months. But those setbacks became lessons. They pushed me to study training, strength, and recovery so I—and others—wouldn’t repeat the same mistakes.

Since then, I’ve gone on to complete an Ironman, discovered a love for the training process, and transitioned from working as a software engineer to coaching athletes and working as a Physical Therapy Technician. My passion is helping people unlock their potential while keeping them healthy and injury-free.
